We need someone to create a database of suppliers in excel format from a website. Once that is done we require the person to write up an email to suppliers and send it to them. The content to supplier will be given in point format and you will write it up to be read as a professional letter. We need this content to be published in Word with some colorful business graphics and personalised -using merge and sent to these suppliers. We will provide the header and footer for the word document. It has to be only one page.
Approximately 500 suppliers - we need to add as much detail as possible i.e. contact person / country / contact numbers and products on offer. A sample data will be provided.
We would like the work to start today and hopefully at least 50% done in next 12 hrs.
Please do not waste your time nor mine - do not post such high bids for example - we are talking about $200.00 for 500 entries is like $0.40 per entry - you guys must be kidding. I will remove the content writing from the scope for this project.
