Edit & Reformat Digital Manuscripts

I have a collection of Word and PDF files that are already digitised but still need careful attention. Much of the text was pieced together over time, so paragraphs sit in the wrong order, headings are inconsistent, and some sections repeat or trail off abruptly. Your job is to open each file, re-type or copy-edit where the layout has broken, and most importantly reshape the content so the structure and flow feel natural from start to finish. Here is what I expect: • A clean, well-organised document for each source file, delivered in both its original format (Word or PDF) and an editable Word version. • All structural edits shown with Track Changes or highlighted comments so I can review what moved where. • A brief change log that explains major reordering decisions. I’m not looking for deep grammar or fact-checking passes right now; the priority is readable, logical sequencing. If you prefer specific tools or add-ins for long-form restructuring, mention them when you reply—anything that speeds the workflow is welcome as long as I can open the end product in Word.
