Asian Cuisine Private Event Chef

An upcoming private celebration will be held in a venue that already has a fully equipped kitchen, and the highlight of the evening will be a bespoke Asian menu prepared on-site. I would like a chef who can: • Propose a balanced multi-course Asian menu (feel free to blend Japanese, Thai, Chinese or other regional influences). • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients within an agreed spend. • Arrive early at the venue to organise, cook and plate each course. • Present dishes professionally—either plated service or an elegant buffet, depending on what you feel works best. • Leave the kitchen spotless once service is finished. Please share a brief outline of the menu you’d design, any dietary accommodations you can handle, and examples of past private events you’ve catered. Timing, final guest count and any special equipment you require can be finalised together once we connect.
