Mid-level (3–5 years) · remotely About the Role We are hiring a mid-level Performance Marketing Specialist (3–5 years of experience) to own paid media and local SEO for our restaurant and hospitality clients in spain. You will build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEM), TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Maps campaigns, manage influencer collaborations, configure WhatsApp chatbots for reservations, and lead Kit Digital applications end to end. Success is measured in reservations booked, ROAS, CPL, and ranking #1 in the neighborhood. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for each client — audience research, creative testing, budget pacing, conversion optimization. Launch and manage Google Ads (SEM) for Premium clients — reservation keywords, local intent, Performance Max, and conversion tracking. Plan and run TikTok Ads campaigns — Spark Ads, short-form UGC creatives, local targeting, creator collaborations, and full-funnel optimization. Plan and run YouTube Ads — in-stream, Shorts, and local awareness / conversion campaigns integrated with Google Ads and GA4. Own Google Maps / local SEO: optimize Google Business Profile 100%, drive reviews and local citations, and achieve "#1 in barrio" ranking. Manage influencer campaigns with Madrid food creators — scouting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and results measurement. Configure and optimize WhatsApp chatbots to handle reservations automatically and integrate them with CRM / booking flows. Lead Kit Digital applications and execution end to end — eligibility, documentation, submission, milestones, and compliance reporting. Report weekly to clients on ROAS, CPL, Maps rank, and reservations generated, with clear next-step recommendations. Align with the Social Media Manager on creative direction and paid strategy, ensuring organic and paid work pull in the same direction. Requirements (must-have) 3–5 years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with real budgets and P&L accountability. Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns (not just boosted posts) with real budgets and measurable results. Proven revenue / sales impact: your CV must show at least one case where your campaigns delivered a 30%+ increase in revenue or sales for a client or employer (include the before/after numbers). Proven budget ownership: your CV must show you have personally managed total ad spend of at least $50,000 USD (cumulative across clients / campaigns is fine, but it must be documented, not estimated). Proven track record optimizing Google Business Profile and ranking in the local Maps 3-pack. Strong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA, offline conversions, and reservations. Hands-on experience running influencer campaigns (outreach, negotiation, measurement). Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (e.g. 360dialog, Wati, Land Bot, [login to view URL]). professional English (our clients are local, our stack is global). Nice to Have Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage. Official Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certifications. Working knowledge of Looker Studio, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and offline event / pixel tracking. Experience producing and thinking UGC and short-form creatives for Reels and TikTok. 2–3 case studies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or YouTube Ads — include budget, period, ROAS, CPL, and final result. Proof of a 30%+ revenue or sales increase you personally drove — screenshots, dashboards, or a clear before/after number from the client or employer. Proof of at least $50,000 USD in total managed ad spend — ad account screenshots, client letters, or a reference we can verify.
