I need help preparing appeal paperwork for a judicial review of my case, which the Florida Commission of Human Resources dismissed. I was forced into a constructive termination based on age discrimination and harassment by the owner of the company. The case was dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction because the number of employees at the time of the incident was less than 15. In contrast, there were between 15 and 16 employees in the USA at the time of the incidents. Not less than 15. (Notice of Dismissal Attached) Requirements: - Legal expertise in employment law - Experience with judicial review processes - Knowledge of discrimination cases, particularly age-related and harassment Ideal skills: - Strong legal writing skills - Familiarity with court procedures and requirements - Ability to articulate and support claims of discrimination

I can surely assist you in preparing well-structured appeal paperwork based on the Commission’s Notice of Dismissal and the facts of your case. I have extensive experience in legal research and legal writing, including reviewing legal documents, identifying relevant legal issues, developing arguments, and preparing professionally structured legal drafts. I can carefully analyze the jurisdictional dismissal, the employee-count issue, and the allegations involving age discrimination, harassment, and constructive termination, then organize the strongest arguments and supporting authorities for judicial review. I will work strictly from the documents and facts you provide and will not invent facts or evidence. I can also ensure the paperwork is clearly organized and professionally written for attorney or court review. Please note that I am not a licensed Florida attorney, so any final filing should be reviewed by qualified Florida counsel before submission. Thank You

Hello there! I can assist with organizing and developing the judicial-review materials around the central issue you identified: whether the Commission incorrectly determined that the employer fell below the applicable employee threshold when the evidence indicates there were 15–16 employees in the United States at the relevant time. I would first review the dismissal, applicable Florida statutes and administrative-review requirements, and the record supporting the employee count, then identify the strongest procedural and substantive arguments that can properly be raised on review. I can also help organize the evidence concerning the alleged age discrimination, harassment, constructive termination, and the Commission's jurisdictional determination into a clear, chronological presentation, while distinguishing facts supported by the record from arguments that require further evidence. The goal would be to prepare clear, properly structured materials that address why the dismissal should be reviewed and, where legally supportable, identify the appropriate relief or disposition to request. Because judicial review is generally based on the administrative record, would you like the work to focus strictly on challenging the FCHR's jurisdictional dismissal, or do you also want the filing to preserve the underlying discrimination and harassment issues for further proceedings? Please feel free to message me so we can discuss the project in more detail. Best regards, Damien Bartlett.

I can assist with preparing the legal research and appellate paperwork challenging the FCHR dismissal, with particular attention to the disputed employee-count issue and the procedural requirements for judicial review. The distinction between having fewer than 15 employees and having 15 or more is significant under the Florida Civil Rights Act, and Florida authority recognizes that employee numerosity must be supported by evidence rather than simply assumed. I can carefully review the attached Notice of Dismissal, identify the relevant statutory and procedural grounds, research applicable Florida employment and administrative-law authorities, and develop a focused petition/notice and supporting arguments addressing the jurisdictional determination, age discrimination, harassment, and constructive termination. Florida Statutes §120.68 generally provides for judicial review of final agency action and a 30-day filing period, so the exact order date and procedural posture will need to be confirmed from the dismissal. I have 15+ years of legal-style, research, professional writing, and editing experience and can produce court-ready drafts for review by qualified Florida counsel or filing as appropriate. Please send the complete Notice of Dismissal and any employee-count evidence you have, such as payroll records, organizational records, or other documentation showing 15–16 U.S. employees.
