Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To maintain the organization’s Quality Management System as per the requirement of ISO 17021-1:2015, SFDA and FSSC 22000 Foundation.
2. To develop and update records related to auditor’s competence evaluation, training records, internal audit plan, corrective action, MRM plan, contractor’s agreements.
3. To make proposals for the client related to consultancy, certification and training against ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 45001:2018, FSSC 22000) or other requirements.
4. To maintain log of clients, proposals sent, contract / agreement.
5. Able to complete the audit pack of the client including application review, audit planning as per man days calculation, auditor appointment.
6. Additionally, can make technical review of the audit report against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018.
Competence Requirements:
1. Education
The candidate must have completed his / her bachelors in any field.
2. Skills
• The candidate must be competent in written English.
• The candidate must be proficient in MS office (word, excel and power point).
• Added advantage of the candidate is able to work on Microsoft Visio.
• The candidate should be well versed with ISO 17021-1:2015 requirements for the Certification Body.
3. Trainings
• The candidate must have taken the trainings in the awareness of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP.
• Added Advantage if the candidate has completed ISO internal auditor training.
4. Experience
The candidate must be having minimum 3 years of experience working in the certification body as a technical staff.
Reporting:
The candidate will report to the C.O.O / Quality Manager.
