Magento Product inventory Specialist Needed

We are looking for at least two people with experience in Magento, data entry, uploading product inventory manually or by files. We have over a 175+ manufacturers and that is about 13,000+ products that is needed to be added. This is not a one time project, this is a monthly continuing project. You will need the experience in the following: 1) Knows how to use excel, csv and text files. 2) Knows how to use Magento very well. 3) Good English writing skills. 4) Able to make customization to code & design in magento for needed changes. ---- Job Duties: You will be responsible for adding new products into our e-commerce site and at least once a month go through all of our products and make sure they are still in stock, if not mark them as out of stock and note it, if discontinued then you will put that down on a document that is shared and add a new product. Products must be added to the appropriate categories. If it's a car charger must be able to know where it goes, example a lightning cable will only work with iPhone 5 and up not iPhone 4s and below, you must be familiar with wireless devices. You will Send out newsletters, special offers etc.. to customers. You must be able to bulk upload products to magento, know how to make modifications to website design and code. This is a flat rate paid monthly
