Instagram Content & Data Entry

This project bundles two clear tasks under one workflow: creating original Instagram content and completing a precise data-entry backlog. Instagram content • Produce engaging, brand-aligned captions and hashtag sets for a steady stream of posts (roughly 12 per week). • Draft ideas for accompanying visuals so they can be mocked up quickly in Canva or a similar tool. • Optimise every caption for reach and interaction while keeping voice consistent across the feed. Data entry • Transfer about 1,000 lines of product information—SKUs, prices, short descriptions—from PDF source files into a shared Google Sheet. • Check spelling, numerical accuracy, and formatting so the sheet is ready for direct import into our e-commerce platform. Acceptance criteria 1. Spreadsheet totals and field counts match the source documents exactly, with zero missing entries. 2. Captions, hashtags, and visual notes are delivered in a separate Google Doc, ready for review and scheduling. 3. All writing is original and tailored to Instagram best practices. Include a detailed project proposal with your application that explains: • Your step-by-step approach to both parts of the job • Turnaround time for the first week of work • Any tools you rely on (Google Sheets, Canva, Later, etc.) and how they fit into your workflow Once the proposal is approved, I will share brand guidelines and sample product files so you can begin immediately.
