Avegen's health management platform is being used by healthcare providers in the U.K. and
India to take care delivery beyond the four walls of the hospital/clinic, ensuring that patients
have access to personalized care. The platform enables better patient management leading
to improved outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Research and be well-informed about the subject matter
• Writing content for the company app in fluent, lucid American English
• Editing and proofreading existing content
• Coordinate with the graphic design team and provide pieces of content as and when
required
• Follow all the guidelines of US English and maintain tone consistency and quality
throughout documents
• Ensure a logical flow of content and analyze it from the user perspective
• Implement the feedback provided by the content manager and program director
Experience & Skills:
• At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, highly efficient content
development team
• Excellent written and verbal skills and must be able to communicate and collaborate
effectively; fluency in the English language and familiarity with the US writing style is a
must
• Capacity to meet time-sensitive deadlines continually
• Ability to understand the end-users, pinpoint their needs and customize content
accordingly
• Ability to communicate core healthcare information in an engaging and simple manner
• Love for app and web content creation; experience in writing for digital platforms is a
must-have
• A creative mind that can think analytically
Education: Preferably B.A/M.A English or Communication Studies
Good to have:
• Some experience or knowledge of healthcare projects
• Familiarity with human-centred design or design thinking
• Some copywriting, app-writing or UX writing experience
