Hello and thank you for considering my proposal. I am US based and have worked for many years in HR, Accounting and Internal Operations. I have, at my last two companies, written the employee handbook. This was done with knowledge, first hand knowledge, of the company culture along with owners guidance to achieve a handbook and policies which were fair to employees, their state rights and the company. It is a fine line being both flexible and lenient to retain employees expectations of a company that will work with them and support them, yet firm enough that lines of unacceptable circumstances and instances in the office or off-site with clients while representing, and being the face of the firm, are known.
