Adult Mental Health Workbook Creation

I’m looking for a talented workbook writer and designer to create engaging companion workbooks based on a documentary series focused on mental health, psychology, and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will be able to develop both the educational content and the visual design of each workbook, creating a polished, cohesive, and engaging final product. Experience establishing a consistent visual branding system in Canva is highly desirable. Responsibilities * Watch documentary episodes and review supporting materials. * Develop the structure and educational content for each companion workbook. * Write engaging content that expands on the documentary’s themes. * Create reflection questions, journaling prompts, worksheets, exercises, and practical activities. * Design each workbook in Canva using a clean, visually engaging, and consistent layout. * Establish a cohesive visual branding system, including typography, colors, page layouts, and reusable templates. * Create or source custom illustrations, icons, diagrams, or other visual elements that enhance the learning experience. * Prepare print-ready and digital versions of each workbook. * Collaborate throughout the creative process and incorporate feedback and revisions as needed. Ideal Qualifications * Experience writing and designing workbooks, educational resources, journals, guided learning materials, or similar content. * Proficiency in Canva and a strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding. * Ability to create or commission simple custom illustrations and visual assets that complement the content. * Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills. * Ability to communicate complex psychological or educational concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible way. * Experience in mental health, psychology, education, coaching, or personal development is a plus. * Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently produce a high-quality 5–10-page companion workbook each week. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
