We are seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant for a long-term, ongoing relationship working directly with the owner of Amber Diagnostics, a medical imaging equipment sales and leasing company based in Orlando, Florida. This person will be called upon throughout any given quarter with a Salesforce task and/ or project in-which pricing can be discussed. We value a longterm relationship with all our vendors and we want someone who understands our business and knows our ultimate goals. Phase 1 — Review, Discuss "Likes & Dislikes", Set a Gameplan, Implement Cleanup The immediate priority is a full audit and restructure of our existing Salesforce environment. This includes removing redundancies, adding missing features, and building a cleaner, more efficient foundation. We want someone who takes the time to understand how our business operates before making changes — not someone who applies a generic template. We can discuss the estimated time it will take and then engage with Phase 1. Phase 2 — Pardot Campaigns Once we have cleaned up everything allowing you time to also get a feel for our business and what we need from Salesforce giving us a solid foundation, we will need to turn our attention to our existing Pardot email campaigns with the goal of removing older contect, adding newer content and graphics, improving engagement with prospects and clients. Phase 3 - On-going adaptions using ai Programs We are excited to start using the latest ai tool called Moltbot/ OpenClaw extracting data from multiple outside sources including Salesforce. What We Are Looking For - US-based only (prefer EST but not an absolute) - Salesforce Administrator Certification required - Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement experience - Strong background in workflow automation and process optimization - Comfortable working directly with a business owner in a collaborative, no-middleman relationship - Someone looking for a long-term engagement, not a one-time project Skills Required Salesforce Configuration, Pardot / Marketing Cloud, Workflow Automation, Process Optimization, Data Management, Custom Fields and Objects To Apply Please include your Salesforce certification(s), a brief description of a similar restructuring project you have completed, and your hourly rate. Key deliverables • Documentation file covering every existing email campaign • Fully cloned email campaigns with updated owner/sender fields • Revised email copy reflecting tone, contact, and promo changes • At least one new Engagement Studio journey built and tested in our sandbox, then promoted to production once approved I’ll provide access to our Salesforce org, brand guidelines, and current content as you progress. If you’re fluent in Pardot automations, handle details without hand-holding, and can document your work as you go, let’s get started.
