Modern Music School Renovation

@ashrafN1995

Hello, I’m an Architect based in the UAE with experience in architectural renovation, interior design, BIM, and visualization. For your music school renovation, I can support the design and technical side of the project, including: * Existing space assessment and renovation planning * Modern interior design for classrooms, practice rooms, and reception * Space planning and furniture layouts * Painting works, including color schemes, paint selections, artwork, graphic design. * Material, finishes, lighting, and furniture selection * Acoustic design considerations for classrooms and practice rooms * Detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings * Revit / AutoCAD documentation * High-quality 3D modeling and realistic renders * Construction details and design documentation * Coordination and design support during implementation I can develop the project from the initial concept through a clear, practical design package ready for execution. Please note that my scope focuses on architectural design, interior design, painting, visualization, and technical documentation, rather than undertaking structural or physical construction works directly. I’d be happy to review the existing space, drawings, and photos and discuss the required scope. Best regards, Ashraf
