I need an experienced concrete professional to form, pour, and finish the structural walls for a new elevator shaft on my project. The job revolves exclusively around these concrete walls, so accuracy, plumb alignment, and a smooth interior finish are critical for the later installation of the elevator rails and doors. Scope of work • Review my architectural and structural drawings, confirm dimensions, thickness, and reinforcement layout. • Supply and install all formwork, rebar, embeds, and anchor points called out in the plans. • Pour concrete to the specified strength, vibrate properly, and achieve the clean, true surfaces required by the elevator manufacturer. • Strip forms, patch tie-holes, and leave the shaft ready for inspection. Site and schedule The build is at ground-floor level with clear access for a pump truck. I’m targeting a single continuous pour as soon as permits clear, so advise on your earliest availability and estimated timeline from setup through curing to hand-over. Deliverables 1. Detailed work plan with reinforcement list before mobilisation. 2. Completed, inspected concrete walls that meet design tolerances. 3. Daily progress photos and a final set of as-built measurements. Acceptance criteria: • Walls within ±3 mm plumb and square. • Concrete compressive tests meet spec. • All embeds located within 2 mm of drawing coordinates. If you have recent shaft or load-bearing wall experience, share it along with any questions so we can lock in dates quickly.

Hi, I’m Mohand, a talented architect and structural engineer with rich experience in construction and construction management. I am excited about the opportunity to work on your elevator shaft concrete walls and can help deliver accurate, plumb, and inspection-ready results. My background includes reviewing structural drawings, coordinating reinforcement and embeds, and managing concrete work to meet tight tolerances. I understand the importance of smooth interior surfaces, proper vibration, and precise alignment for elevator rail and door installation. I can prepare a clear work plan, confirm dimensions and reinforcement layout before mobilization, and keep the job moving with daily progress updates. I also have experience with load-bearing structural work and know how to maintain quality from formwork setup through curing and handover. Please share the drawings and target start date, and I’ll help you lock in the best sequence and timeline for the pour.

Hi, I have worked on concrete wall and shaft construction projects where formwork accuracy, rebar placement, embeds, anchor points, and plumb alignment were critical for later equipment installation. In one similar project, I helped coordinate cast-in-place concrete wall details, reinforcement layout, tolerance requirements, and as-built measurements so the finished walls were ready for inspection and follow-up installation work. I'd love to share my experiences with you. Best regards, Epa
