MS Project Construction Schedule

The build is entering its mobilisation phase and I need a fully-fledged task schedule produced in Microsoft Project. All I require is the scheduling component: translating the scope of works, drawings and specification notes that I will supply into a logical, dependency-driven timeline that captures every construction activity from site setup through handover. Your experience creating construction programmes in MS Project is the deciding factor, so please reference similar schedules you have produced and the project sizes they served. Deliverables • An editable .mpp file containing the complete work-breakdown structure, task durations, predecessors/successors and automatically calculated critical path. • A PDF Gantt export that clearly shows milestones and phase groupings for stakeholder review. Acceptance criteria • No open ends—each task tied to at least one predecessor and successor unless it is a true start or finish milestone. • Calendar and working-time settings reflect a standard construction week (I will confirm exact hours). • Schedule must automatically recalculate without errors when dates or durations are adjusted.
