Hi there, Fitting four apartments into 153 m² means every square metre has to work — the first design move is stacking the wet rooms vertically and concentrating circulation to protect the livable area in each unit. That logic drives everything else. I'll develop the layouts in AutoCAD and produce 3D renders in Lumion, covering floor plans, elevations, massing, and concept-level MEP zoning. I've worked on residential projects with similar space optimisation requirements. I'll be happy to discuss this further.

Hola, Tengo experiencia en la transformación de edificios existentes en viviendas multifamiliares con distribuciones eficientes, interiores modernos e instalaciones coordinadas. Me interesa este proyecto porque requiere reorganizar las dos plantas para crear cuatro apartamentos cómodos, luminosos y funcionales. Revisaré la estructura y desarrollaré una propuesta inicial con cocinas, baños, almacenamiento y circulaciones optimizadas.
