concrete sidewalk and cement slab for hot tub

Budget $2000-3500 USD

Need a (straight-line) sidewalk approx. 4' W x 75'L in front of future café. Currently, the path is just 2x6 slats making a 4'W boardwalk along side street (level surface) but the wood is not in great shape and we want something more permanent.

Also need a simple 8'x8' concrete slab on side of building to support a hot tub
