Company is looking for helpdesk that can support Singapore time zone 7am to 9pm. Helpdesk must be fluent and experience in the following jobs below.
1) IP Telephone System
2) IT Networking
3) Customer service skill
4) Sales skill
5) Ability to use Teamviewer
6) Ability to use the CRM
7) Update tickets and other information in CRM
Helpdesk must be living around the region of Malaysia or Singapore.
