Adding micro bubbles and small amount of dirt how does it react when it enters and air dirt separator. You’ll receive the geometry (STEP), inlet/outlet conditions, and target Reynolds numbers as soon as we start. Using your preferred solver—ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or an equivalent—you’ll set up the model, generate a mesh appropriate for low-Re laminar simulation, and carry out a convergence-verified run. Deliverables • A concise setup summary (boundary conditions, turbulence/laminar model selection, mesh stats). • Velocity, pressure, and streamline plots in high-resolution PNG and the native post-processing format. • Tabulated centreline velocity and wall shear data suitable for Excel import. • A short report (PDF) explaining results, mesh independence, and any modelling assumptions. Reaction of the microbulles and heavy weight wise of the dirt. I’ll handle further parametric sweeps later, so please keep the case and mesh files tidy, labelled, and ready for reuse.
