Go on record with the court – Power of attorney will be given from the company / Instruct Procuradores Spain 2. File defence /Deal with court filing / Our in-house legal team prepares the case and the laws 3. Sale of property / Analyse the sale contracts 4. Company House dealing with CIF of the company 5. Translate documents from Spanish to English. On each email, copy our legal team. Appear at hearings (virtual or in person, as the court allows) and manage the case through judgment. Keep our legal team updated with concise progress reports and settlement options while ensuring compliance with local procedural rules. Deliverables 1. Written litigation roadmap covering timelines, venues, applicable statutes, and foreseeable risks. 2. Complete first-round pleadings and any urgent applications ready for filing. 3. Representation at the initial hearing(s) plus a brief post-hearing report. 4. Ongoing status updates until the matter is resolved or handed back.
