Irish Local Representative Needed

Scope of Work Local Representative / Nominee Director • Act as the resident/local representative or nominee director for the Irish entity, as required under applicable Irish laws and regulations. • Provide the necessary identification and documentation for incorporation, statutory filings, and ongoing compliance. • Sign incorporation documents, corporate resolutions, and compliance-related documents where legally required. Regulatory and Compliance Support • Assist in fulfilling statutory residency requirements applicable to Irish companies. • Support with regulatory and compliance filings, where required by the relevant Irish authorities. • Coordinate with our team to ensure ongoing compliance with local corporate governance requirements. Corporate Documentation • Participate in board resolutions and execute corporate documents as required for operational or compliance purposes. • Assist with the execution of statutory documents and other governance-related documentation. • Coordinate with our team regarding any documentation required for corporate administration. Communication and Coordination • Act as a local point of contact in Ireland for regulatory or administrative matters, where required. • Coordinate with our global compliance team regarding documentation, filings, and procedural requirements. This engagement will be purely professional and contractual. The exact scope of work, responsibilities, and remuneration structure will be mutually agreed upon before commencement. The signing of documents, participation in board resolutions, or verification services will generally require only a few hours per week or month, depending on the level of activity. We would therefore appreciate it if you could share your proposal based on an hourly billing model for the time spent on these services.
