Virtual assistant — job application specialist

About the role We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to handle job applications on behalf of our clients using our proprietary software tool. Full training will be provided — you'll be guided through every step and are expected to learn quickly and work independently from there. What you'll do - Submit 70–80 job applications daily on platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and similar job boards using our tool - Learn and master our software workflow from initial onboarding materials - Maintain clear and prompt communication with our team throughout the process What we're looking for Fast learner who can follow instructions and apply them independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Consistent, reliable, and serious about long-term collaboration Comfortable working with software tools (experience with job boards is a plus) Pay $30–$35 / week Daily target 70–80 applications Duration Long-term Training Provided Pay is based on your experience and skill level.
