iOS app and Android App for Online Radio Station

Job Description:

I have a small online radio station ([url removed, login to view]). I would like an App for Apple iOS and Andriod. The Apple app would have to go to Apple for download and Andriod could actually be downloaded from my website, and possible Amazon and Google Play.

I would be willing to pay half up front, and half upon completion.
