We run a short term rental management and booking company and are looking to grow our team. we are searching for a guest concierge who will have the following responsibilities
-They will be responsible for guest communications across all platforms, using and setting up templates for auto responses and pre save messages along with faqs.
-They will be responsible for adding communication notes to guest bookings for pets and ensure pets are approved by me and pet fees charged.
-They will be responsible to for communication notes for guest complaints and maintenance issues and coordination.
- They will be responsible for daily reporting and accountability for any complaints, and outcomes, maintenance bookings and new or altered reservations.
-They will cross check guest identification and profiles and ensure guest details, guest count and additional info is correct and correctly charged.
-They will be responsible for air bnb resolution centre claims, ensuring any damages, charges or excess cleaning is submitted as an open claim within 2 hours of reporting by cleaners etc.
- They will be responsible for assisting guests with trip agendas and be the first line of communication for all guests. Any issues will be trouble shooted prior to contacting me directly.
- They will need to be available from 8am -12 then again from 2-7pm Australian time 6 days per week (there is slight flexibility to these hours with negotiation directly to me)
-They will be responsible for assisting with listing creation and regular updates including photo rotations and amenities updates across platforms.
- They will be responsible for monitoring noise sensors in specific properties and also for checking security footage when required.
