Because this is a face-to-camera promo, I’d put particular attention on accurate skin tones, consistent exposure, and shot-to-shot matching before shaping the final look around your reference colours and upbeat brand direction. I’d handle the footage by balancing white balance and exposure first, matching the shots, then applying a controlled grade that gives the promo a polished commercial feel without making the skin tones look artificial. I can work directly in Premiere Pro or use DaVinci Resolve with a clean XML round-trip back into Premiere, depending on what makes the handoff easiest for you.
