Need two podcast edited and cooor grading + color correction done

I have two interview-style podcast episodes that need a full post-production pass. Each episode was shot on video and recorded on separate audio tracks, so I’m looking for someone who can seamlessly handle both sides of the workflow—tight, professional audio editing and a clean, consistent color grade for the video. Each podcast is 30-40 mins, its shot in 3 different cameras (main / wide cam, side A and side B), need some really good color grading and color correction too as all 3 cameras were different with different settings, need hue balance at certain places. For audio, I want the conversation to flow naturally with awkward pauses, ums, and false starts trimmed out. Levels between host and guest should be balanced, and any room noise or minor clicks cleaned up so the final sound feels studio-quality. On the video side, please correct exposure, match skin tones, and give the footage a subtle, polished look that still feels true to life. I recorded in 4K, but final delivery can be 1080p unless the higher resolution helps maintain quality after the grade. Send the finished files via a cloud link of your choice along with a short changelog of what you adjusted. If you work in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including the project file would be a plus for future tweaks.
