Experienced Cold Caller – Private Lender Outreach – Start Monday

IMMEDIATE START — MONDAY I am looking for an experienced, professional cold caller for a short-term real estate financing outreach project starting Monday during Eastern Time (ET) business hours. You will be calling a prepared list of private lenders and commercial mortgage brokers. Your primary job is to quickly determine whether each lender or broker may be a fit for a specific real estate financing request. This is NOT a sales or closing position. I will provide the call list, a clear qualification script, deal overview, qualification questions, and tracking sheet. Your job is to make the calls, follow the script naturally, qualify or disqualify each contact quickly, and document the results. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make outbound calls to the provided lender/broker list • Follow the provided qualification script without sounding robotic • Quickly determine whether each contact may be a potential financing source • Reach the appropriate lending decision-maker when possible • Ask non-qualified contacts if they can refer us to another lender, broker, private investor, or capital source who may be a fit • Collect the correct contact name, direct phone number, and email when available • Record clear notes and responses for every call • Schedule interested/qualified contacts for a callback with me • Provide the completed tracking sheet and verifiable call log REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent spoken English • Confident, professional phone presence • Proven cold-calling experience • Comfortable speaking with lenders, brokers, and financial professionals • Mortgage, private lending, commercial lending, or real estate experience strongly preferred • Available to start THIS MONDAY during Eastern Time (ET) business hours • Reliable internet connection • Your own reliable system for calling U.S. phone numbers CALL VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED: Your calling system must provide a verifiable call history showing: • Phone number called • Date and time • Call duration You must be able to provide the call log at the end of the assignment.
