Our project requires building and fine-tuning machine models inside VERICUT so they mirror our 3-, 4- and 5-axis equipment with absolute fidelity. I will supply the basic geometry; what I need completed is the full kinematic setup—axes, rotary tables, limits, tool changers, fixtures, offsets, the works—so every posted NC program can be run virtually before it ever reaches the shop floor. My biggest pain point is configuring the CNC control files and all related simulation parameters. Once those controls are behaving exactly like the real machines, we can rely on VERICUT’s collision and over-travel checking, rotary motion verification, RTCP behaviour and Force-based optimisation to keep us safe and productive.
