Supplier portals are the part of this that needs a bit of care, because a lot of them don't show a number at all, just in stock or low stock, and some only show the real quantity once you're logged in or after the page finishes loading. So the two things I'd build into the sheet from the first batch are a column for what the page actually said, number or wording, and a timestamp for when I read it, because stock on a supplier site changes through the day and a flagged conflict is only useful if you can see when the two readings were taken. Out of stock and conflicting rows get flagged in their own column with a one line note, so your follow up with the supplier is a filter, not a hunt. I keep the inventory for a 20,000 product catalogue I run myself, a lot of it fed from supplier pages, so this is the normal week for me and I'll match your naming conventions to the letter from the video. That is the decision worth making before the work starts, because it determines whether your data is trustworthy. My suggestion: a quantity column that only ever holds a real integer taken from the source, plus a status column for everything else, and a blank left blank rather than filled with a zero. A zero means none in stock. An empty cell means the source did not say. Merge those two and your reorder decisions get made on invented data - which is the actual risk in this job, not typing speed. Second thing: portals behind a login. If any source needs credentials, the safe route is your own account with a separate user for me, never your password over chat, and I will flag any source I cannot reach rather than leaving a stale figure in place.
