the tricky part here is getting low latency from cloud to zoom on a 2013 mac. id use azure for the gpu processing, stream the output via webrtc back to a virtual cam driver, your mac just handles the lightweight display. what avatar style are you going for, talking head or full body? that changes the model we use. can start today and have a prototype streaming by end of week.
