MyClime, our online platform is one division which relies heavily on the integration of salesforce. It is a membership based business and with your help, we would like to introduce an automated renewal process that is driven through salesforce.
We currently have a sales team of 3, 2 to recruit new members, and a customer service manager who takes ownership of all members after the 30th day of one's membership. Membership is either for one year or 2 years licences with the payment option of monthly or upfront (majority being paid through credit card, then bank deposit then a small amount via cheque).
Each month, our Customer Service Manager will run a report to contact members for renewal.
We would like to automate this process and have membership tick over on monthly payments unless they opt out (similiar to a gym membership).
With this, notifications to MyClime BDMs (via email, Cases or Tasks) and to the subscriber (via email) will need to be amended as required.
All this while ensuring changes being made will integrate seamlessly with our existing processes.
We are currently using Enterprise and have 14 users. However only 6 use the platform developed under MyClime.
