Clean my House or Business

Hi I'm Pete! I'm a 3rd year graduate student in Iowa city. As I juggling with different aspect of my life, my place start to get out of control. I don't have time to ironing my shirt, nor time to do a regular cleaning in house. I'm looking for responsive, reliable, rockstar cleaner for light cleaning for 1 basement, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and kitchen area. What I'm going to need help with include:

. Dusting, Vaccum bed sofa and air filter, Sweep dust off the floor

. Bed Sheet Laundry, shoe washing, Shirt Ironing, and closet organizing

. Once a month window cleaning +Inside Car vaccum.

. Change liter for cat

. Organize my working space, (optional) scanning weekly document for archiving

This is a plus but not required:

. Willing to do some light food prep:

_ Washing vegetable and put in separate ziplock,

_ fruit cutting (apple, watermelon, strawberry)

_ Beef, pork, chicken slices and marinated(with specific instruction)

. Willing to do errand around Iowa city to Coralvile area

This would be an on-going job, and for starter I would like to start with 3 hour/ week on fixed schedule. My budget would be $15/hr.
