Montgomery has decided (starting with us) that they will start following the law with regards to dog grooming water being considered inviromental waste. Therefore, it can not go into the septic but into a tank that irragates/reuses into a landscaping/flower bed. I have called many water companies and septic but none seem to understand or can help. Monica at TCEQ said I needed to contact a civil engineer......Thank you Mellanie
