My client is seeking an experienced structural engineer to provide inspection, plans for repairs, and a follow-up inspection for a partially completed home in Jasper Indiana.
The current condition of the home is significant structural issues. The specific area requiring immediate attention is the foundation. The expected timeline for the project is immediate (within a month).
As the structural engineer, it will be your responsibility to provide an initial assessment of the property, create comprehensive plans for necessary repairs, and conduct a follow-up inspection after completion of said repairs. You must possess a deep understanding of structural engineering, building codes, to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and safely.
