I'm looking for an experienced professional to help me with a land plot playout for medium (1-5 acres) sized residential development. I have a clear design in mind and I need someone who can help me easily execute it.
The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of civil engineering, land surveying, geographic information systems, and construction management to be able to properly implement the project. They should also be familiar with local land use regulations, restrictions, permits, etc. Furthermore, the freelancer should have experience in urban and rural planning, environmental assessments, noise surveys, traffic assessments, etc.
The freelancer must also be able to evaluate the parcel of land, assess the viability of the layout and come up with an effective, cost-efficient plan. They should also plan for the layout of roads, water drainage, sewers, power and telecommunications lines.
