Blast proof - Insulated Sandwich Precast Wall Panel
100(Outer wythe) +100(EPS Insulation) +250(Inner Wythe) ; to be taken in to consideration
Panel Height 2m
Width of the Panel ~ 9m ; Span of the Panel
Panel shall be broken along 9m; for ease of production
suitable join to be proposed
Extreme Ends of the panels are connected to Cast in Situ Columns / Shear Walls
Blast pressure - 17.24kpa (2.5psi)
and Impulse - 213.74kpa (31psi mesc) ;
Above design pressure parameters to be considered
Deliverables :
Engineering Analysis and Design Calculations to be shared
Design Sketch showing overall geometry of Panel
Design Sketch showing Rebar Detailing of the Panel
Details of the Shear Connectors between two wythes
Connection Detail sketch :
A. Connection between two Panels
B. Connection Between Panel and Cast in Situ Shear Walls
Professionals having experience in Precast Sandwich Wall Design and Specifically Blast Proof Insulated Panels shall only contact
