Publish My Research Paper in a Scopus-Indexed Civil Engineering Journal I have a completed research paper titled: **“Developing a Supply Chain Management Delay Assessment Framework for Residential Construction Projects: Evidence from Literature, Site Investigations, and Preliminary Validation”** I am looking for an experienced academic publication specialist who can **take responsibility for the complete journal publication process**, from selecting a suitable journal through submission, revisions, and final publication.
