Use R-S Bi-stable to design a 4 by 8 bit read and writes memory. You must provide all the decoding circuitry. Part 3. a) Write the state table of a J-K bi-stable and derive the excitation table from it. b) You are required to design a synchronous binary counter which has the following count sequence: 0, 8,9,4,7,2,1,0 Show the Boolean function for all the Js and k, inputs. Implement the counter using the digital work simulation package.
