I possess data processing skills that allow me to perform complex analyses and obtain accurate results. I have experience in land use planning and dissaster risk management. I am a GIS data and software engineer, with around fifteen years experience in the field. Prior projects have included similar projects, extracting GIS layers from PDF maps and creating webmaps. Here, I propose to georeference the PDF maps and digitize the requested layers using QGIS. I will then create a leaflet map HTML file with an OSM basemap, and a toggle to switch between the layers. Hello, I have experience working with QGIS, georeferencing, digitizing map features from PDFs, and publishing interactive OpenStreetMap-based web maps. I reviewed both PDF files and understand the workflow required for this project.
