Experienced Carpenters Needed for Furniture

I run a busy workshop that turns out quality, made-to-order furniture and I’m expanding the team. The work is 100 % furniture making, so you’ll spend your days shaping, assembling and finishing pieces rather than framing walls or dropping in stock cabinets. Typical builds range from solid-wood tables and chairs through beds, wardrobes and TV stands to one-off doors or completely custom statement pieces. Orders come from both residential and commercial clients, with the occasional special commission that lets you really show off your craft. What I need from you • At least three years of hands-on carpentry experience focused on furniture. • Confidence with common shop machinery and handheld power tools. • An eye for detail and the discipline to match drawings, dimensions and finish specs. What you can expect from me • Clear build sheets, on-floor guidance and a collaborative crew—helpers, labourers and seasoned experts all work side by side. • Full accommodation and meals on site. • A monthly salary in the ₹20,000–22,000 range, adjusted to fit your skill level and output.
