**Healthcare Recruiter Needed – Caregivers and Registered Nurses** We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to help source, recruit, screen, and onboard qualified caregivers and Registered Nurses (RNs) for our growing Wisconsin-based healthcare organizations. **Responsibilities:** * Source caregivers, PCWs, CNAs, and RNs using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other recruiting methods * Create and post effective job advertisements * Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings * Schedule interviews and consistently follow up with candidates * Verify licenses, certifications, experience, availability, and employment eligibility * Collect all required onboarding documents * Track candidates through the entire recruitment and onboarding process * Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline * Provide regular progress updates * Help develop a reliable pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings **Ideal Candidate:** * Previous healthcare recruiting experience * Familiarity with recruiting caregivers, home care employees, PCWs, CNAs, or nurses * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Highly organized and persistent with candidate follow-up * Comfortable making phone calls and communicating by text and email * Able to work independently and meet weekly recruiting goals * Experience recruiting in Wisconsin is strongly preferred * Knowledge of healthcare background checks and onboarding requirements is a plus * Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required This is not simply a lead-generation position. The recruiter must actively communicate with candidates and help move qualified applicants from initial contact through completed onboarding. When applying, please include: 1.
