Project Objective: The intention of this project is to utilize the signals that we can listen to through the motorcycle's CAN bus. Example: We have a CFMoto motorcycle equipped with auxiliary lights. The motorcycle comes standard with a display that changes its brightness depending on the ambient light. When it detects nighttime, the screen switches to "night mode" and at that moment the auxiliary lights turn on automatically. If we additionally activate the right turn signal indicator, the right auxiliary light will turn off so that the turn signal has more prominence and oncoming drivers can better identify the action the motorcycle is about to make. Elements to Use: This is the part where I hope you can help me. We will use an ESP32 microcontroller. I would like it to have WiFi and Bluetooth, with a good amount of memory since it will have a web server running (for configuring the lights as the client needs) The system will have 6 output lines (15A lights, charging USB, rear light, etc.) Each line will be controlled by D4184 MOSFETs in parallel. It's important that the MOSFETs can operate with PWM so we can dim the lights as needed For every 2 channels we will have a MIC4426 driver that will provide more "stability" to everything For every 3 lines we will have an INA3221 voltage monitor to monitor and act as a "software fuse" if necessary A USB-C connector for programming the ESP and updating if needed SN65HVD230 transceiver to be able to "read" the CAN bus This is roughly what I have in mind. I would like you to help me by designing the PCB and adding all the small things that also make a big difference, such as the resistors to use. Perhaps you have suggestions for better MOSFETs or components that, based on your experience, work better.
