I need a confident, native-sounding English speaker—or an entire call-center team—who can jump straight into outbound B2B sales calls and turn conversations into qualified leads. I will supply the prospect lists, a concise script, and clear qualification criteria; your role is to dial, engage decision-makers, identify interest, and capture accurate contact details. Because lead generation is the sole goal, I measure success by the number and quality of prospects that meet the agreed criteria, not by appointments or closed sales. You’ll log every interaction in my existing CRM and flag hot prospects in real time so I can follow up without delay. Deliverables • Daily call notes entered in the CRM • A spreadsheet summary of new qualified leads (name, title, company, email, phone, key pain point) • Recording or brief recap of any high-value conversations for review If you have your own dialer or center infrastructure, that’s a plus; otherwise, I can provide VoIP access. Reliable internet, a quiet calling environment, and a professional phone manner are essential.
