B2B Cold Caller & Closer - US Healthcare / Medical Billing (RCM) Lead Gen

Project Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly driven B2B Cold Caller to join our team for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing lead generation campaign targeting medical practices in the United States. The Role: Your primary objective will be to call independent medical practices (Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Physical Therapy, etc.) in the US, navigate past the front desk, and speak with the Practice Manager or Billing Department. Your goal is to generate interest in our medical billing outsourcing services and either book a qualified meeting or assist in closing the deal. Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to US medical clinics during standard US business hours (EST, CST, MST, or PST). Navigate gatekeepers (front desk receptionists) to reach key decision-makers (Practice Administrators, Office Managers, or Billing Directors). Deliver a clear, compelling pitch about our RCM and medical billing services. Qualify leads (categorize as Warm, Hot, or Deal-Ready). Schedule follow-up meetings or conference calls between the clinic and our senior team. Log all call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in a shared tracking sheet/CRM. What We Provide: A targeted list of leads (including clinic names, phone numbers, and websites). Details on the core services and value proposition to help you pitch. Requirements: Fluent/Native-level English: A neutral or American accent is highly preferred, as you will be speaking directly with US medical professionals. Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. (Prior experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, or RCM is a massive advantage). Availability: Must be able to work and make calls during US business hours (between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM US time). Resilience: Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling objections professionally.
