I need a Florida-licensed structural engineer who can work on an upcoming structural project. The scope calls for full structural analysis and design, a thorough building-code compliance review to satisfy state and local jurisdictions, and ultimately an inspection report with the engineer’s signed certification. I can assist with the full structural scope, including structural calculations and design, code compliance review, drawing review and markups, and signed/sealed engineering documents as required. I have recently completed several Florida projects involving structural modifications, stairs and handrails, canopies, and other permit-related structural work. I can begin promptly. To get started, I would need the project location, available drawings, existing-condition information, and a description of the proposed work. My offer is $22/hour, or I can provide a fixed price once the project details and drawings are provided and the full scope is established. My services are provided remotely.
