CAD House Plans Conversion & Brand Refresh

I have 10-15 fully detailed CAD house plans that need to be converted into polished, sale-ready “stock plan” packets. Building on the inspiration and overall feel of [login to view URL], I want each plan to look like a premium, ready-to-license product rather than a set of raw drawings. Here is the flow I envision. • Master template You will design a clean, repeatable layout that features a hero rendering, a pair of generic floor plans, clear room sizes, the front elevation, and a concise written overview. The goal is to make every plan instantly understandable to a homebuyer or builder while giving the series a consistent visual identity. • Plan conversion Using the CAD files I supply, you will populate that template for every one of the 10-15 designs, adjusting line weights, hatching, and callouts so they read crisply on both screen and print. • Brand refresh A fresh logo, color palette, and typography set are needed so the sheets—and later marketing pieces—share the same professional look. Think modern coastal, confident, and uncluttered. • Online storefront Once the graphics are complete, the package has to live somewhere. You will stand up a Square Online site, drop the plans into categorized product pages, and connect basic checkout so buyers can purchase and download immediately. Acceptance will be based on: 1. A reusable InDesign (or equivalent) template that matches the visual direction above and includes the required Rendering, Generic floor plans, Room sizes, and narrative section. 2. A complete, press-ready PDF sell sheet for each plan. 3. Delivery of logo files (AI, SVG, PNG) plus a short brand guide. 4. A functioning Square site with at least one plan live for testing. If you regularly work with CAD-to-graphics workflows, know your way around Adobe CC (or Affinity) and can navigate Square’s site builder, I’d love to see examples of similar plan books, real-estate brochures, or e-commerce launches you have handled.
