I just bought a building that came with plans. The City is requiring a Certificate of Occupancy for A3 Use (Assembly). Since the plans are 20 years old they want an architect to look at the plans and see if the building is suitable for A3 Use. It was built for a church which is also assembly so I assume that it would be fine, but I am not an architect. The plans are very large and many pages so I cannot upload them.
