We have drawed a front and rear brake caliper for a motorcycle on solidworks.
We need to change the design and optimize it to the pressure of the brake pump and brake disc, and brake pad.
Match brake caliper and pistons to the brake pump pressure (for a good dose when operating the brake lever)
find the best brake piston size
Design with German TUV considered and also support the application process to get approved certification for the product
Prepare all analysis and tests for the TÜV
Change Anti-rattle clips design
what is the correct piston area for the brake pad
