WPF Richtextbox Animated Gif with different size work

Its a really simple task. I have been working with Visual Studio . Windows Forms and WPF for more than 5 years now. I am very sure that it wont take me more than a few hours. Or maybe less than that . Kindly discuss it with me before passing it to someone else . Thanks
