C# university assignment - store inventory system

Hi all, I need someone to complete a university assignment. It's store inventory system and needs be written using C# in Visual Studio 2015 (.net core console app) using .net core library 1.1. All project types or IDE are not accepted. The data are stored in JSON file. My budget is 50 AUD. High level requirements are the below. Full Requirements (13 pages PDF file) can be sent to you - just send me a private message. You need to have decent written English skills. Spoken English skills are not required. Codes need to have good comments. The codes need to be completed in 5 days after requirements have been provided to you. After the codes are completed, I may email you one or twice (at most) for clarifications of the codes and you shall reply as part of the project. High level requirements: You have franchises in five locations around Sydney. One in New York CBD and 4 other locations in New York servicing the North, East, South, and Western areas of New York. Each store sells to both retail (the general public) and wholesale to registered chefs. Each store also runs a free morning and afternoon workshop for aspiring chefs entitled 'Introduction to cooking'. Each store can accommodate a different number of participants for a workshop and so the system must refuse bookings when the workshop spaces are full. The system must accommodate three types of users: Owner (You), Franchise Owner (for each store), and Customers (Wholesale / Retail). The Owner is responsible for supplying the Franchise Stores with stock when requested. The Franchise Owner should be able to check their inventory and request stock replenishment.
